We present the story of an old house that was occupied for several years as the headquarters of the Kokoriko grill, owned by Mr. Eduardo Robayo, who recently passed away. Completed in 1928, it stands on a street called "Avenida Ayacucho," named in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the Battle of Ayacucho. The first owner was the Italian filmmaker Donato Di Domenico.
