Replace my 20 year old HVAC system with Air Plus Heating & Cooling
I reached out to Air Plus Heating & Cooling via email for an estimate to replace my 20 year old HVAC system. Kim responded the next day to confirm my general needs and schedule a review of our system to provide an estimate. I found Kim to be knowledgeable and very professional. She scheduled for Kevin to come within a week which was perfect timing for us. Kevin called when on his way for the appointment and arrived on time. We spent the next hour reviewing all the components of my system and discussing exactly what we wanted in the new HVAC system. Once he understood our wants and needs, he reviewed specific options for the AC, furnace, and other parts. We were impressed with Kevin's experience and knowledge of the industry. He was pleasant to work with and he configured a system that most closely met our needs. He made us aware of optional add-ons for things like an air scrubber, but simply informed us without any pressure to add things we didn't need. We found the estimate very competitive and was pleased with the process and professionalism of the staff from Air Plus Heating & Cooling and would not hesitate to highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.
