I don't know why I waited 2 years to write this review. I have an older bungalow home that has never had air conditioning and I decided on a mini split system. I am a very particular person but I discovered that Jim and his crew are more detail oriented than me. Not only was their quote several hundred dollars less than the others but the owner personally oversaw the job. The installation was so much more complicated than I ever imagined and took 3 days but the crew was so clean and quiet I barely knew they were here. I had 3 units installed and they are stylish and very effective. Flash forward 2+ years I noticed that they weren't cooling very well so I called them. I think the lady who answers the phone is also an owner... She is so nice. I was given a packet at the time of installation that guaranteed the product AND the installation (for 10 years!) One of the crew came out and found a loose connection and True to their word, they didn't charge me a Dime. Not only that but Andrew was so courteous, hardworking and careful with my belongings. It took him over 2 hours to troubleshoot and fix the problem and he did it wearing a mask the entire time. THIS IS HOW BUSINESS SHOULD BE DONE. I highly recommend this company.
