Purchase a new TRANE A/C from Air Plus: Excellent Service
Our TRANE A/C unit stopped working the day before our house was to go on the market. Andrew came by and did a thorough troubleshoot of the system, explaining what he was doing and why. I felt respected and informed, something not always experienced with other service technicians I have dealt with. Unfortunately, it was not an easy / inexpensive fix and after discussing options we decided to purchase a new TRANE A/C for the future home owners. Back at the office, Kevin was able to immediately send an estimate for our review. We found the price to be reasonable for the quality of both the product and the service. Both Andrew and Kevin were extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I look forward to getting the new unit installed. I'll update review after install is complete. Angela R.
