I have a very old AC and furnace system that needed to be serviced. Instead of trying to talk me into purchasing a new system, the tech tested the system, said it looked pretty good and should last for a couple more years. I will definitely call them when I am ready to replace the system! Kim Warner, one of the owners, is a very nice person, and Derrick, the tech that serviced my system, explained everything he did - a great guy!
