SWEET CORNBREAD RECIPE | CAST IRON CORN BREAD | COOKING WITH CLAIRE
Today I am going to show you an easy sweet and delicious cornbread recipe. This cornbread is so moist. I cooked it in a cast-iron skillet but if you don't have one you can just put it in a normal baking pan and it will taste just as delicious. Ingredients:
3/4 cup. flour
1 1/4 cup. cornmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 cup. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 cup. buttermilk
1/3 cup. milk
2 eggs
fold wet ingredients into dry until just mixed. pour in buttered pan and cook on 400 degrees for 20 min
