Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. thinly sliced rib-eye steak
1 large onion diced
1 large green pepper diced
1 1/2 cups. chopped mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste
1 pk. egg roll wrappers
smoked provolone cheese
cornstarch water for sealing egg roll wrapper
Brown meat in the pan. Chop the meat up while cooking. When the steak is almost done add onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. cook until slightly crunchy.
Cool steak before wrapping in egg roll wrapper. Follow wrapping instructions on the packet and enjoy!
