Just How Overvalued Is The Stock Market?
DO you want to know a real easy way to see just how overvalued the stock market is right now…or where the overall market valuation is at anytime for that matter then I want to show you one of my favorite ways of finding this out.
If you have been trying to find great companies to invest in but are having trouble finding those great companies at a price that makes sense, then you are not alone. We use several valuation methods to determine intrinsic value and potential target prices for stocks we want to invest in, but it is become ever more difficult to find those bargains in this stock market. It seems as though just about EVERYTHING is priced at a premium right now.
If you are going to buy something right now, be very careful. Do your research, know the intrinsic value and be sure to buy at a margin of safety. That's a rule we can't break no matter how tempted we are.
Although it's currently tough to buy a great business at a great price, there are ways to play an insanely overvalued market and we can make great returns with conservative trades in this type of environment. Trades where we can get paid to wait and buy the stocks on our watchlist at a price that we chose. And we also utilize a trading strategy that gives us nice consistent profits each month and has a winning probability of 90%.
