How to supercharge your rate of return on a stock that is stuck in a flat trending pattern
Welcome back to a new video! Today I want to share with you a very basic, yet very powerful strategy that will help you earn a very nice return (10% or more potentially) on a stock that just is not moving.
It happens to all of us and it is VERY annoying. You spend a lot of time doing the research and then you buy a stock hoping it would be a huge winner...BUT the stock just stalls out and goes nowhere...or worse, it starts to decline.
When it comes to investing in the stock market, things do not always work out the way we plan. Fortunately, there are trading strategies that we can use to give these types of stocks a kick in the butt. It may not move the stock much, but as you are about to see...this simple options trading strategy can make you a very nice rate of return even if the stock decides it just does not want to move.
We are going to be using a few basic options trades to make this work...if you are familiar with how options work, then you are going to kick yourself for not using this strategy before, once you see how simple it is.
If you are new to options, then do whatever you can to learn it because it will probably be the most useful thing you can use to complement a long term investing strategy...and it really is not very difficult once you learn a few basic terms and strategies.
