Golden Crispy Roast Potatoes!
These Roast Potatoes came out so good and are definitely a must try, especially at your next Sunday lunch! The cornstarch helps so much to get that crispy bite and the olive oil giving them a golden colour!

Large Potatoes
Salt to boil potatoes in
For the boiled potatoes (per potato used):
2 Tbsp Salt
2 Tsp Olive Oil
1 and half Tbsp Cornstarch
