Anyone with any kind of neurological disease may benefit from a balance training program. It aids in not only regaining equilibrium but also in choosing the appropriate muscle at the appropriate moment and intensity to produce the desired result.
One activity you may perform at home is balance training. Incorporate Balance Training into your regimen; it's quite simple to perform at home. Exercise for balance and coordination goes beyond ataxia. Exercises involving coordination also benefit from balance training.
