Anyone suffering from a neurological ailment may benefit from a gait training program. It not only helps to reestablish balance, but it also assists in selecting the appropriate muscle at the right time with the optimum intensity to produce proper action. Gait training is an exercise that you can practice at home as well as include in your routine. Gait training at home is also quite simple to conduct.
