Peer Career Guides - Who We Are
Peer Career Guides (PCGs) are USM students trained to assist fellow students with career-related activities. They offer one-on-one support for resume and cover letter development, focusing on enhancing students' strengths. PCGs also help students access additional resources from the Career & Employment Hub. In one-on-one appointments, PCGs review resumes and cover letters or provide guidance on getting started, assist with resume/cover letter preparation for networking events, internships, and job fairs, and identify useful career resources around campus.
