2 Ingredient PIZZA Dough! NO Yeast NO Wait W/ Creamy Garlic Sauce
HEY YOUTUBE!! Today's recipe, we're making a pancake pizza!!!!!! Well kinda lol. Paired with my delicious creamy garlic sauce, that complements this dish!! Yum!! SO Simple!! I always have pancake mix and sometimes not enough dough. Then other times I don't have yeast, or time to wait for it. I figured the pancake mix would naturally add a fluff to it without the yeast sooooo PANCAKE PIZZA HYBRID THINGAMAGIG.
Make this next time you have friends or family over or on a Sunday night when you're not sure what to make!

TRY ME RECIPE
1. PANCAKE MIX PIZZA
PIZZA TOPPINGS:
Choose ANY toppings you like! Choices are unlimited 😌
These are what I used:
-chopped green onions
-sliced tomatoes
-chopped mushrooms
-chopped green peppers
ADDITIONAL TOPPINGS:
MOZZARELLA - SHREDDED
DOUGH:
PANCAKE MIX - 2 CUPS
ALL PURPOSE FLOUR - 1 CUP
SUGAR - 1 TBSP
SALT - 1 TBSP
WATER - 200 ML
(THIS WAS A NEW RECIPE, SO I FILLED UP EXTRA WATER IN CASE, I ONLY USED ABOUT 200 ML OUT OF 400 👩🏽🍳)
OIL - 4 TBSP (for water)
TOMATO SAUCE:
MAKE YOUR OWN SAUCE OR USE TOSTITOS LIKE I DID!!!
SUBSTITUTIONS:
-mix up toppings
-try an all pancake mix ratio
-switch up the cheese
2. CREAMY GARLIC SAUCE:
MAYONAISE - 1 TBSP
MINCED GARLIC - 1 TSP
BLACK PEPPER, SALT, PARSLEY FLAKES & OREGANO TO TASTE
SUBSTITUTIONS:
-use different seasonings
-use mayo substitute
-🤷🏽♀️
I want to make it a tradition to switch out any ingredients that you might not have. I love to look up recipes and I almost never have the same ingredients as the recipe that I'm looking at lol so long story short I want to make it that you can use the same steps in the recipe with a simple swap out of the ingredients and still get to cook with what you do have in your kitchen!
