Paired with my delicious PAN-FRIED BREADED CHICKEN that complements any dish!! Yum!! SO Simple!! 2. PAN-FRIED BREADED CHICKEN
-2-4 CHICKEN BREASTS - CUTLETS / FILLETS
*CLEAN CHICKEN WITH VINEGAR & SALT 👩🏽🍳*
2 EGGS WHISKED
BREAD CRUMBS 1/2 - 1 CUP, OR AS NEEDED
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
SUBSTITUTIONS:
-try panko bread crumbs for a crispier finish
-try different protein
-egg substitute to make it vegan
-its pretty straightforward tbh
Additional notes:
-LINE A PLATE WITH PAPER TOWELS
-SERVE EVERYTHING HOT ENJOY!!
-GARNISH WITH FRESH HERBS
I want to make it a tradition to switch out any ingredients that you might not have. I love to look up recipes and I almost never have the same ingredients as the recipe that I'm looking at lol so long story short I want to make it that you can use the same steps in the recipe with a simple swap out of the ingredients and still get to cook with what you do have in your kitchen!
