osTicket Ajax Super Lists (cartmega.com)
SuperLists is a Motherload plugin for osTicket that allows for dynamic Ajax lists in the ticket creation process.
Superlists can be created and interlinked, irrespective of the form hosting them!
They can be bundled in groups where each interlinked Superlist is fed the user selection of the previous Superlist in its own group.
Every Superlist is bound to a ticket field which collects the user selection that will eventually end up in the ticket created automatically.
Each Superlist ticket field can individually collect either the key or value of the Superlist selection as required.
You can of course create as many of your own Superlists as you like to handle any task at hand.
Superlists integrates into osTicket seamlessly via the osTicket Motherload plugin mechanism.
