License Verification is a plugin used for licensing, domain registration and support availability. This makes it the ideal solution for sellers of digital products on multiple markets online.

Its main purpose is to find the customer order by checking multiple markets (where you sell products), check whether the product in question is covered by your support period, and also check whether the customer purchased a 'support extension'.
Finally it will allow you to decide whether to provide support or reject the request, possibly with an offer to extend their support period by purchasing a 'support extension'.
SALES CHANNELS:
If your products are sold on multiple markets, License Verification has the ability to iterate multiple such channels, to retrieve the customer order information. Each sales channel is loaded individually as a sub-plugin of 'licenseVerification' and they can be added or removed as required.
License Verification comes complete with support for the following sales channels:
local opencart stores
the opencart.com (sellerAPI) and
the themeforest.net (envato API).
It can of course be easily extended to handle multiple other sales sources and stores, of all kinds!
DOMAIN REGISTRATION:
License Verification can also register domains to the licensed products in the customer's support request. Each product sold carries with it a license which can hold a number of domain allotments. When this number is reached the customer will be notified to purchase a new license.
SUPPORT EXTENSIONS:
The plugin suppports the use of support extensions for the products you sell.
If the support period for a product has expired, irrespective of the channel where the product was purchased from, License Verification can recognize any support package recently purchased by the customer at your local store and connect it to their active support request (provided that their email in the request & at the store are the same). License Verification can recognize the length of time associated with the support package purchased and thus extend the license duration of the product to reflect this.
License Verification integrates into osTicket seamlessly via the osTicket Motherload plugin mechanism.
