Octember 2024 Fail 6: Black And Decker Waffle Maker WMB500 Part 1
This waffle maker has made an Octember appearance back in 2020, where I replaced the hinge pins seen here:

Four years later, almost to the day, it's back in the workshop, after a true Octember failure.
While on vacation, the gramps asked if I wanted some waffles for breakfast, I replied heck yes!
He preheated the waffle maker, and mixed up some batter. Waffle maker initially heated up no problem, first waffle got poured, but failed to fully cook, as the waffle maker died for no apparent reason.
Fortunately, two is one, one is none came into play, since we have a back up waffle maker, so at least the day was saved.
I really wanted to get the Black and Decker rig going again, so in this part, I test all components, discover the fault, and get the replacement part ordered. Can I fix this!? Stay tubed, and find out tomorrow!
