Video attempts to clarify the misperception that pouches are addictive. Also makes clear that neither are cigarettes, vaping, or patches. I forgot to mention gum but gum is not addictive either.

It is NICOTINE that is addictive. If a delivery system like a pouch or a cigarette or a vaporizer or a gum has no nicotine, it is not addictive. If it does have nicotine in it, well then the delivery system is addictive.

Some nicotine delivery systems are more addictive than others, but that fact is only relevant to how fast a person first establishes the addiction and how fast their tolerance for nicotine increases.

Once addicted though, any amount of nicotine delivered by a nicotine pouch, or a nicotine cigarette, or a nicotine vaping device or nicotine gum or any other product designed to deliver nicotine into your body is very likely to cause you to relapse.
