Lua Project: La Llorona
Here I wrote some new lyrics to la llorona, to pay homage to her and her story, and the storeis of so many women in our world today who have been abused and taken advantage of. It's our stories that weave us together and make us stronger. La Llorona, for hundreds of years has been sustained in her story. Though it is one that imposes fear and darkness, it also sheds light and strength on the ugliness of all we have endured as women.
