They Still Draw Pictures! Pictures of War. Restored book - Aldous Huxley.
In 1938, Aldous Huxley put out a book, a collection of 60 pictures drawn by children who had suffered immensely during the Spanish Civil War. They Still Draw Pictures! A collection of drawings made by Spanish children during war.
Here, in this video, I've restored the pictures and added the narration of Huxley's own introduction to the pictures and his psychological and sociological perspective on the drawings and the relationship between war and children. Interspersed in this remix, among the pictures are pictures the children of Gaza have drawn. Nearly a century has passed but it is still children suffering at the hands of the innanity and psychosis of adults. You and me, She and thee.
