Seller still stuck in 2024… 
We literally saw the lowest number of new listings ever last year in the Sacramento region. And frankly, most markets across the country were the same. We are only two weeks into the year, and the trend of sellers sitting back is continuing. However, hopefully we will end up outpacing January 2023. And then we will watch every month afterward.
Look, we aren’t going to be anywhere close to normal in terms of the number of sales or the number of new listings this year, but hopefully we get more in 2024. I think that’s the theme.
