What MLS used to look like before the internet 
Pulling comps without the internet? Yep.
I wanted to show what it used to be like to pull comps when MLS was a book. There used to be books full of real estate listings, and there were also books of data. You had to use a Thomas Guide to navigate the books too.
When I came into the profession in the early 2000s, things were already digital. I just happen to own all the old books from the 80s and 90s for retrospective appraisals. Sometimes clients need really old values for various legal reasons.
I thought this would be interesting to share. Are you glad things went digital? Ha ha.
