Are sellers finally starting to list more? I’m hearing that sentiment online, but that’s not really what’s been happening in Sacramento and most market across the country. In this video, I try to explain how supply has grown lately without more new sellers.
Keep in mind not all markets are the same. Phoenix is legitimately showing more new listings.
