My FRIED ICE CREAM attempt ended in a sticky mess!

Ice Cream
Oreos
Eggs
Vanilla Extract
Heavy Cream
Directions:
1. Scoop your ice cream and wrap in cling wrap. Form into as close a ball shape as possible and freeze for 24 hours.
2. Crumble your oreos in a bowl and set aside.
3. Make your egg wash by combining eggs, heavy cream, and vanilla extract.
4. Unwrap your ice cream ball and drop into the egg wash. Once coated, drop in crumbled oreos and coat completely.
5. Fry at 350°F for 10 seconds.
6. Serve immediately, and enjoy! 😉
