Turning Jolly Ranchers to Marshmallows?!
✨Recipe:
5 packs (12 ½ teaspoons) Unflavored gelatin
40oz Jolly Ranchers
Water
Powdered Sugar (for dusting)
Directions:
1. Unwrap all of the Jolly ranchers into a medium sized pot. Melt on medium heat.
2. While the Jolly Ranchers are melting, bloom gelatin in cold water.
3. In a 5 quart planetary mixer, combine melted Jolly Ranchers and gelatin and mix on high for 10 minutes.
4. Pour into a pan oiled and lined with parchment paper (I used an 8in x 8in pan) and let sit for 12 hours, undisturbed.
5. Cut into preferred sized squares, toss in powdered sugar, and enjoy! 😊
