Introducing Samples in KBase - 29 September 2021
In this video we present Samples in KBase, a suite of features enabling researchers to integrate biological and geochemistry data for insights about the relationship between microorganisms and their environment. With these new data types and enhanced functionality, you can use KBase to profile taxonomy from amplicon data and correlate geochemistry with OTU abundance across all of your sampling conditions.
KBase Advanced Platform Science (APS) leads Paramvir Dehal and Shane Canon discuss the rationale and organization of Sample objects and plans for further development, and KBase Subject Matter Expert Pamela Weisenhorn presents a use case with amplicon data.
