Agile transformation means reinventing the technology of human accomplishment. That is a process in which a change in leadership mindset plays a big role. We all know that the alignment of the Management Committee with the agile paradigm shift is key. This is what will allow (or not allow) a sustainable cultural change. We also know that this alignment is even more difficult if the Steering Committee is not prepared to work as a "real" team.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Xavier's work focuses on business transformation (strategy, organizational structure and cultural change) based on Agile-Lean principles.
Currently, in Voxel Group (Best Workplaces two years in a row), he joins the Executive Management of client companies in order to help them to become more agile and healthy organizations, places where people grow. He has collaborated with companies of different sizes, countries and sectors, including B.Braun, Wallapop, Mango, AXA EMEA-LATAM, NTT Data, Vodafone R&D, Zurich, eDreams and Intermón-Oxfam.
Xavier is the Director of the Master in Agile Methods at La Salle and he collaborates with “Agile at schools” (Primary and Secondary). He is Vice-President of Agile Spain and he founded Agile Barcelona. He writes at transformacionagil.org and proyectosagiles.org. He also speaks at international conferences.
