ABOUT THE SPEAKER
After five years of love-and-hate relationships with OKRs, Stefan is still proud to call himself a certified OKR coach. He graduated from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organisational Sciences, at the top of the class. Activities in the NGO sector and student organisations led him to seek a job in which he could fulfil his mission, “to show that things could be done differently”.
His career started at Robert Bosch company as a Scrum Master for IT development and business teams, advancing to the position of Agile Coach, working with the leadership structures on organisational agility. Upon joining Growit, he is pushing the agile transformation as an Agile Coach in the IT, tobacco, and banking industries, living and breathing agile values and principles. A passionate permaculture designer, gardener, natural builder, and tango dancer, in his free time he is developing a sustainable community in the Serbian countryside.
