In this video, I carry on with my challenge to speak Mandarin Chinese without cuts. This is part 2 of my self-taught learning process
I want to make it very clear: I am not fluent in Chinese yet. I make a bunch of mistakes, I search for words, and sometimes my pronunciation isn’t perfect. But that’s the reality of learning a language. I point out again that my goal isn’t to show perfection, but to show progress.
I'm learning Mandarin without a teacher, without a classroom, and without formal lessons. I’ve been teaching myself step by step, using different resources, and just trying to be consistent. Recording this type of “no cuts” challenge forces me to speak more naturally, without hiding behind edits, and it gives you the most authentic picture of where I am right now. I've cut the video only where I speak in English and where I make a little break between parts.
