SAHRC demands court's clarity on binding directives
The South African Human Rights Commission wants the Constitutional Court to clarify what binding directives are. This comes after the Supreme Court of Appeal ruled against the Commission in a case involving a farming community in Doornhoek in Mpumalanga. They're accusing the farm owner of restricting them from using borehole water on the farm. SAHRC Commissioner, Adv. Sandra Makoasha elaborates.
