‘Simelane must produce proof of loan repayment’
Justice Minister Thembi Simelane appeared before Parliament to answer questions about a loan she received from a VBS service provider. Legal Expert Elton Hart says Simelane should have proof of the loan repayment. He adds that failure to produce any evidence of the payment means the loan was never paid back.
