A diplomatic dispute turmoil
A diplomatic dispute is escalating between the Department of International Relations and Cooperation (Dirco) and Enobot Agboraw, head of the African Commission on Nuclear Energy. The conflict arises from allegations that Dirco improperly revoked Agboraw’s diplomatic immunity and halted funding for Afcone and its South African team.
