How I Tried Living in a Tent
My 42 yr old daughter decided to live in her tent to raise money and awareness for charity, supporting those in need. I’m sharing her message here and noting that in my own small town we have at least three people living in tents year round, not because they want to but because as in many places in North America, we are facing a housing crisis and increasing levels of homeless persons. The need is broad and large. I’d encourage you to support your local charities or even go out and offer assistance, practical help in terms of clothing, warm items to wear and share a meal.
