What Camping Taught Me: motivation to Declutter
Decluttering is the name of the game. With winter in full swing and (it seems) we in Ontario are getting more than our fair share of snow, ice, wind and mixed storms, it seems appropriate to sort through my cupboards, declutter. And that’s where I’m starting, decluttering the cupboards, discarding items, selling a few things, and basically minimizing my life, well… the “stuff” at least.
I have been thinking about camping and most of my camping gear is in a different room, yes, it has its own room. I will be getting to that after I declutter and organize, downsize and minimize the closets. I’m being fairly brutal, not taking too much time to linger over items. Camping taught me that I can live with less and still be quite happy.
