Is Arrows a book we can read with our teacher leaders?
When we published Arrows, our initial audience was administrators in instructional roles. We were middle management curriculum administrators, so that was our target audience. One of our favorite surprises has been how strongly the message of Arrows has resonated with teacher leaders! In fact, several teachers have said to us, "You need to talk about Arrows MORE! When I read the book, it all made sense."
