VelociDrone "KRU CHP 241130" -- Demo
5"-Spec somewhat-DRL-style track for Chilliwack Heritage Park 24-11-30. In track editor search for player DCHFPV and/or track name "KRU CHP 241130". At this point, there's only one 5" Freedom-spec kwad in VelociDrone to pick.
With limited track gear for indoor 5", I had to forgo elements/markers to force no-split-S directly over the 1st 3 gates that would end in head-on collision. Without the invisible gates IRL, there's nothing in MGP rules that prevent direct-split-S over the 1st 3 gates unless we use extra elements for enforcement but with limited track gear for indoor 5" I had to forgo those extra elements/markers IRL just like some DRL track that can have cross-path and leave it to the pilots.
Besides, with 5"-spec at 18k rpm (or lower if think necessary on race day), there's not enough power to direct-over-split-S and keep it tight so there's no advantage doing so.
