I'm giving you a bit of information in real time to discuss the importance of utilizing this program for analyzing your music files and where to set up and organize your music folders to which you need to drag and drop from the file explorer folder to the collections folder/tab which will begin organizing your folders in your drive(s) whether embedded inside the hardware or external or any other storage devices like flash drives or SD cards, etc. If you do not take the time to do these steps in a live setting it can hurt your dj set depending on how extensive your music library is which will take time because it's actually doing the analyzing for you but will give only limited and basic info and not put everything in order as it should be especially with being able to manipulate the bpm settings for example from lowest to highest or vice versa like how I like to do it or with other parameters like alphabetizing it from either the artist(s) or song(s) title(s). There are many advantages to taking the time and sacrifice to getting this done to where it'll open up and help your workflow and being more efficient with your time and less worries in a live setting. Just make sure you're up to date in everything from your pc/laptop(s) OS software and/or WINDOWS/MAC OS latest versions to whatever your laptop/pc(s) OS is and keep all of those systems updated as well for better compatibility and usage of all the latest tools avaliable for you so that all will work in concert with each other and better communicating amongst the software, program, and hardware(s). At the time I'm using versions 3.3.0 in both my DELL PRECISION 5750($4,000-5,000) laptop software and DENON DJ PRIME 4 WITH EVERYTHING UPDATED AND TESTED. Make sure you only use music files that are legitimate and not bootleg otherwise you'll be prone to some type of corruption within your database which could ultimately hurt both your pc/laptop(s) and hardware(s) alike.
