Exploring the Member Experience (4/18/23)
Serving as an AmeriCorps member in the VISTA program can be a powerful and transformational experience. Sponsors and supervisors must learn about their members so they can effectively orient sponsor staff and supervise the members. They also need to learn about how their work influences the member experience. This webinar identifies several ways sponsors and supervisors can work together to learn more about and work to enhance the member experience.
