How to REPLACE SEAL in TOILET FILL VALVE. EASY FIX! If your toilet keeps running and the fill valve won’t shut off completely, then this video will show you how to fix the toilet fill valve. If you have a fluidmaster fill valve (one of the most common fill valves), this video will show you how to quickly and easily stop that leak. Sometimes it’s as simple as flushing debris out of the valve and seal, but for most leaks you must replace the seal in the fill valve. You can almost always stop that leaking fill valve without having to replace the valve. I have replaced several of these and, other than the trip to the store to purchase the seal which costs less than five dollars, this normally takes no more than two or three minutes.
