Help Solve This Electrical Problem ✨CONTEST✨
Several lights in this home are not working, but plugging essentially anything into the bottom half of this electrical receptacle causes these lights to come on, while plugging something into the upper half of the receptacle does nothing. Watch this video, give us your best guess as to the problem, and potentially win a cash prize. (see rules below)
