VANILLA DESERT beautiful cream READY IN 5 MINUTES
Vanilla dessert is a very simple treat that you can use in many ways. Imagination can do anything.
I make them in glasses, with chocolate topping. However, you can also serve it as a topping for pancakes. The taste is wonderful, delicate. Whatever you decide, you will not go wrong.
Make waffles, American pancakes ... pour over and here are some great treats.
IMPORTANT NOTE: do not cook the cream too much. Just 3 minutes after it boils. If overcooked, the yolks are separated from the milk.
Ingredients:
4 vanilla sugars (I also added a few drops of vanilla extract)
5 egg yolks
150 g of sugar
80 g butter
600 ml of milk
