How to use the Toolmeasure Microscope as a Tool Presetter.
This video shows how to measure the length of a tool using the Toolmeasure Toolmakers microscope. The included vise is used to hold a Cat40 Toolholder and the 1 micron encoders are used to measure the length of the tool. The length measurement can then be entered into the tool offset table of the CNC machine.
