CNC Dot Peen Marking Tool
The 2L inc. CNC Dot Peen Marking Tools creates permanent dots or pin marks on uneven work surfaces using the rotating spindle of a cnc machine.
It is an inexpensive means for manufacturers to add dot peen technology to their processes and better utilize the cnc machines they already own.
The Dot Peen marker can compensate uneven surfaces up to approximately 0.100" (2.5mm). The tool operates at a spindle speed of 1000rpm and allows producing as fast as the cnc machine can move.
