Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth Special Trial PC - R7 5700X & RTX 3060 Ti - Performance Testing
Greetings, everyone.
Today we’re testing the Special Trial/Demo for Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, which comes bundled within Like a Dragon Gaiden. We’ll be running our usual Ryzen 7 5700X and Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti.
My current full PC specs:
-CPU: Ryzen 7 5700X (stock settings) with Coolermaster Hyper 212 Black RGB (w/2 fans, push-pull).
-Mobo: MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC.
-GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3060 Ti Gaming OC and WHQL driver 546.29.
-RAM: Kingston Fury Renegade RGB 32 GB (2x16 Dual Rank each), CL16 DDR4@3600 MT/s.
-Storage: PNY XLR8 CS3030 1TB NVMe (O.S. and game), Samsung 750 EVO 500 GB.
-Case: Fractal Design Meshify S2 (Intake: 2x140 Front, 1x120 Lower Front - Exhaust: 1x140 Rear, 1x120 Top/VRM Area).
-PSU: Corsair RMx 650W 80+ Gold.
-O.S: Windows 10 Pro 64bit (v.22H2).
-Monitor: AOC AGON AG251FG 1080p-240Hz.
-ReBAR ON (BIOS, etc.) but OFF in Driver by Default for this game.
-HAGS OFF.
-DSR uses 33% Smoothing

This Demo runs with a similar performance profile as Like a Dragon Gaiden did, on my system, although it does seem to be a bit more GPU demanding at higher resolutions, such a 4K, especially running around the beach area, with so many NPCs.

In general, not much to talk about other than being a limited demo, there’s not much that we can find, that may surprise us, in terms of performance or really demanding areas.
We’ll have to wait for the full game release, in January 26, to see if things remain consistent with how this special trial runs.
