Just like the previous Trails games running this (or a similar) version of the engine (PhyreEngine) Reverie here performs pretty similarly to both Cold Steel III and IV, and that’s not really a bad thing at all, since those are also pretty good PC ports.

This game, though, has even more and better Quality of Life improvements over its predecessors, particularly in the form of actual in game Graphics Settings, instead of using an external setup launcher, and that is a big improvement, for sure.

I offer some quick Recommendations for the most common resolutions, including my personal favorite (1620p DLDSR), but in the end it is pretty much the same as I recommended for Cold Steel IV, really.

All in all, a great PC port, once again, by the team at PH3. I’m only aware of an annoying bug related to the Link Attacks from some characters, but the PH3 is aware of it and are working on a fix as we speak.
To be honest, I hadn’t noticed some link attacks were bugged (only doing the default lvl 1 one) for some characters, but it is true, they are, so yeah…it’s not game breaking but definitely should be fixed soon.

As usual, I hope this can be useful to any of you, and I’ll see you in the next one : )
