The Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India released multiple updates to the two-wheeler. Now, the company is all set to launch an all-new Honda Activa 7g 2022 Edition. Several details of the upcoming scooter have emerged in a new video by TECHNICAL DOCKS. As you can see in the video above, the Honda Activa 7g 2022 Edition is expected to be priced at Rs 75,000. It is said to offer a mileage of 55 Km/L and a top speed of 85 KM/Hr. While the upcoming scooter is likely to be launched by mid of 2022, it might be delayed by a few months due to the ongoing COVID pandemic. Features on the scooter include a BS6 compliant engine, digital instrument panel, new alloy wheels, hybrid switch, and nodal spring suspension on the back. The furl-filler cap will be outside in the Indian variant. Also, you won’t able to start the scooter when it is on the side stand.
Despite competing with multiple motorcycles in the two-wheeler market, the Honda Activa continues to be the highest-selling individual vehicle in India. It has gone from a single model to a range that appeals to different users. The highlight of the Honda Activa includes an indestructible build and low-cost maintenance. The Honda Activa 6G comes with a starting price of Rs 69,645 (goes up to Rs 71,391). It comes in two variants – STD and the top variant Activa 6G Deluxe. The BS6-compliant scooter comes with a new 109.51cc with fuel injection that offers 7.79PS at 8000rpm and 8.79Nm at 5250rpm. The front suspension uses a 12-inch wheel with a telescopic fork at the front. At the rear, it gets a hydraulic mono-shock and an adjustable rear suspension
