Here's an easy and fool proof recipe of Tres leches Cake!
Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup pistachios, powdered
1/4 tsp Salt
5 eggs, yolks and white separated
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup milk
Green food colour
vanilla paste
For the pistachio milk sauce
1/2 can evaporated milk
1/2 can condensed milk
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup pistachios
green food colour (optional)
Frosting
285 ml double cream
150ml thick double cream
3 tbsp icing sugar
