I am really excited to share you all this remake of this masterpiece! This is definitely my favorite remake of all of the songs. Ironically, FF8 is one of the few games in the series I haven't played. I was originally planning to use different instruments and include synths throughout but I wanted to see if I could capture the intensity and energy of the original in an orchestral remake. I tried to make it sound as real as possible by panning using controllers and I got to delve more into EQ'ing. I have learned a lot from making this track so thank you again Shaun for requesting this song.
