In this video, I share the Korean cuisine chicken noodle soup DAK KALGUKSU recipe.
MATERIALS
• 2 dry milkers
• 10-15 garlic cloves
• a piece of ginger
• chicken breast (amount optional)
FOR DOUGH
• 500 grams of flour
• 250 milliliters of water
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon of oil
sautéed vegetables
• 1 green zucchini
• 4 mushrooms
• 3-4 sprigs of green onions
• 2 tablespoons of sesame oil (or vegetable oil)
